Alyssa Renee Williams

Alyssa was born Monday, January 27, 2014, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Alyssa was called home on Saturday, October 16, 2021.

Alyssa attended Vinton Elementary School in the 2nd grade. She was banner roll student, had been named   Student of the Month and had received various class awards for reading and math.  Alyssa was a bright, articulate child who loved reading and animals with aspirations on one day being a veterinarian. Our Alyssa was called home after barely beginning her journey in this world; her life, enthusiasm for learning, and spirit of  kindness touched all she encountered.   Alyssa was our “Sunshine” and she never met a stranger always greeting everyone with a smile and warm hello. 

Alyssa is survived by her parents, Patrick Williams and Marissa St. Julien; her younger sister, Aaliyah Williams, all of Vinton, Louisiana; maternal grandparents, Sonja  St. Julien of Vinton and Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd (Carolyn) St. Julien of Sulphur; and paternal grandmother, Bridgette  Rosette of Lake Charles.
