Anastasia lived most of her life in Mossville, Louisiana, until she moved to the town of Iowa in 2016. She was baptized at an early age by former Pastor Arthur Etienne at Mt. After graduating from Delta School of Technical College in 1992, she worked in the casino industry as a dealer and at H&R Block as a tax preparer for 27 years.

During the winter of 1994 she gave birth to her only son, Ananias Byron Bellow. When she wasn’t working, she spent most of her time with her son, along with other close friends and family.
