Brigette Ann (Thomas) Davis

On  August 5, 2025,  Brigette Ann Thomas Davis was called to her heavenly home and ushered to her eternal home.

Brigette Ann Thomas Davis was born to Austin Thomas, Sr. and Lucy Rideaux on March 22, 1963. She married the love of her life, Randall Davis, on September 3, 1983. She was a member of Zion Tabernacle Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member until her illness.

Brigette was a graduate of McNeese State University with a degree in Family and Consumer Science.  She was formerly employed at JC Penney’s and Calcasieu Parish School Board as a teacher.  Brigette was the proud owner of Parties on Wheels Catering.

Brigette was preceded in death by her parents, Austin Thomas, Sr., and Lucy Rideaux Lofton ; brothers, Adam Malveaux, Jr., Austin Thomas, Jr.; sisters, Sheila Rankins and Dorothy Ann (JB) Thomas Babineaux, all of Lake Charles, Louisiana.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her devoted husband, Randall Davis; her daughter, Brittany Renee (Shaun) Davis Celestine; three grandchildren, Jordan Davis, Jayde Davis, and Jaylee Celestine; sister, Isabella (Wayne) Rideaux; brother, Arnold (Beverly) Malveaux, Sr., mother in law, Eva Davis;  sisters-in-law, Stephanie Davis Bishop, Tara (Karl) Davis Thomas, both of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and Gaynell Davis of Lafayette, Louisiana; Godchildren, Ian Taylor, LaTasha Jacobs, Michael Tizano, Amber Prudhomme,  and Isaac Jordan; and a host of other family members and friends.
