Dan Alex Arbuthnot Sr.

Dan Alex Arbuthnot, born February 22, 1950, passed away on December 23, 2025. The beloved son of Lovey Ophelia Dejean, Dan proudly served in the U.S. Air Force after high school and later built a long career as a professional truck driver.

He was known for remembering everyone he met, and for the love he poured into cooking, family gatherings, and good old‑school music. Dan leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 38 years, Norma Arbuthnot, and six children—four sons and two daughters.

A viewing will be held on January 3, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by the service at 1 p.m. at New Light Baptist Church.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
