Diana Lynn Williams

Diana  Lynn Williams was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 21, 2019.  She was born on July 3, 1952 to the late Willie and Verline Williams, the youngest of 3 children.

Diana was a 1970 graduate of Grand Avenue High School.  She received a B.S. from Southern University and M.S. from Louisiana State University.  She was a Golden Life Member of the Lake Charles  Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Her memory will be cherished by two sons, Abdalla (Francesca), Gonzales, La., Hasani, Lake Charles, La.; two grandsons, Kalen and Kameron, Gonzales, La.; one sister, Margaret Clement, DeQuincy, La.; one brother, Norris Williams, DeQuincy, La.; three devoted nephews, Joseph Clement III, Christopher (Trinette) Clement both of DeQuincy, La., William (Leslie) Clement, Lake Charles, La.; one sister in law, Mary Bradford, Baton Rouge, La.; one brother in law, Robert (Sandra) Williams, Baton Rouge, La. and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Verline Williams. a brother in law, Joseph Clement Jr. and sister in law, Annie Williams.
