Donald James Simien Sr. 79 was born January 10, 1942 in Opelousas, La. to Coritha Morris and Louis Joseph Simien.

A native of Opelousas, Louisiana he was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles, Louisiana. Donald was a U.S. Army Veteran and was a truck driver. He enjoyed playing dominoes and pool.

Donald departed this life on Thursday, July 15, 2021.
