Donzella was born on February 13, 1964 to Kosit Thomas Jr. and Rosa Bea Henderson

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Kory and daughter, Ashlee of Houston, Tx.; parents, Kosit Thomas Jr. and Jessie Thomas and Isaac and Rosa Bea Henderson; brother, Elder Darrin K. Mayes (Darlene); sisters, Lawanna and Kosita Hardy, Stephanie Brown and Sherry Henderson; one granddaughter,  Navyie Dawn and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by Sheila Martin, Renn Allen Thomas, Helen Dawn Henderson Williams and Jeannett Renae Thomas.
