On October 30, 1926, Irene Vincent Prater was born to the late Sophie Perkins Vincent and Joseph Vincent.

She leaves to cherish her memories husband, Morris Prater; three daughters, Vera Payne, Margaret Thomas, and Debra Prater; grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, family and friends.
