Ja'Mon Dominique Horn

JA’MON DOMINIQUE HORN, 29, was born May 29, 1992 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Tracy D. Washington-Horn and Joel Dwight Horn. He attended Washington-Marion Magnet High School and Sowela Technical College. He worked as an Industrial Construction Laborer for several years. He enjoyed football, playing video games and spending time with his son, nieces and nephews. He never met a stranger. He departed this life on Sunday, September 19, 2021. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Tracy D. Washington-Horn in Lake Charles, LA; father, Joel Dwight Horn (Malaide Horn) in Lake Charles, LA; maternal grandmother, Elaine M. Powers of Lake Charles, LA; siblings, Joel Dwight Washington of Austin, TX, Jordan Smith, Jillian Smith and Joshua Smith all of Lake Charles, LA, Caleb Horn of Houston, TX, Michael Smith, Brittany Smith, and Wendy Smith all of Lake Charles, LA; 9 aunts, 5 uncles, 10 nieces and nephews and a host of cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Horace Washington and James and Lorina Horn.
