Martin "Marty" E. Armelin

Martin Eric Armelin 63, better known as Marty aka Marty Mar departed this life on September 5, 2020 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. 

He was born May 8th, 1957 in Sulphur, Louisiana to Albert and Mary Armelin.  Marty loved being around his family he also loved working on cars; he thought he could fix anything.  He also loved to have a good time and was the life of the party. Which explains his favorite saying “Ain’t no party without Marty".

Marty was preceded in death by his parents  Albert and Mary Armelin, three sisters Barbara, Annette and Gwendolyn Armelin and grandson Jaylyn Citizen.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children Martell Armelin, Shawndrea Simien(Joseph Hernandez), Isaiah Simien, Qiana Broussard, Deshona Bailey Annie (Marcus) Citizen and Jacqueline Simien; his sister Alicia (Terrell) Joseph his brothers Albert (Ruby) Armelin, Paul (Barbara) Armelin, First cousin who was more like a brother Allen Gobert, 20  grandkids and a host of nieces, nephews. other relatives and friends.
