Noa’ Sincere Hopkins, fondly answered to the name of “Bubba” when called by his siblings, was born on November 16, 2022, in Galveston, TX to Desiree L. Hopkins and Varice Jones. Baby Noa was a strong and vibrant two-year-old little boy who was full of life and love. However, he was born with Sickle Cell Disease. On December 10, 2024, Noa’ experienced his worse sickle cell crisis. God decided that Noa’ should not suffer the pain that is associated with this illness, so He prepared a special set of wings for him.
Noa’ was the product of a close-knit family whose faith is in God and the celebration of the Holy Trinity. His little life was established on Christian principles and was based on a Catholic foundation. Prior to his sudden passing, Noa’ was baptized into the Catholic faith in Beaumont, TX.
Noa’ is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Shelia M. Hopkins, his maternal great-grandparents, Irving J. and Evelyn Lewis and paternal grandparents, Martha Jones and Varice Coleman, two great-uncles, Charles Lewis, and Stevens Thomas.
