Oscar Narcisse Jr.

Oscar “Penny Boy” Narcisse, Jr was born May 29, 1949, in New Orleans, La to the late Oscar Narcisse, Sr and Evelina Tippy Brown.

Oscar was employed by the City of Lake Charles.  He departed this life on Sunday, July 24, 2022, in New Orleans, La.

Oscar was preceded in death by his mother Evelina Tippy Brown, father, Oscar Narcisse, Sr, his son, Oscar Derrick Narcisse,  his sisters, Rose Mae  Vital, Mildred Coleman and Diane Tippy, and his brother, Donald Brown

Those left to cherish his memories are  his wife,  Annie Mae Gardner Narcisse, his adopted daughter, Marlena Narcisse, five sisters, Ethel Holmes, Annie Mae Brown, Alice Brown,  Debra  Brown, and  Abigale Brown;  seven brothers, Mathew Narcisse,  Michael Narcisse, Jerome Tippy, Ray Tippy, Johnny Brown, Dewitt Brown and Lionel Tippy;  two sisters-in law, Sherry Evans, Ann (Felix) Thomas, Linda Gardner (Clarence), and Hazel (Carlton) Gabriel, two brothers-in-law, Johnny Raye Gardner, and Willie Gardner.

Oscar also leaves other relatives and friends, whom he loved him dearly and who loved him.
