Ossie Mae Monroe

Ossie Mae Monroe 89 departed this life on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.

A resident of Dequincy, Louisiana she was a member of Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church .  She was a member of the choir and enjoyed going to church.  Ossie Mae loved her pastor, her children and grandchildren.  She was the neighborhood activist and would often take her friends for a ride.  She loved meeting and talking with people.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son, Anthony Roscoe of Houston, Tx.; two daughters, Patricia Monroe of Dequincy, La. and Veronica Monroe of Houston, Tx.; 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
