A native of Lake Charles, La. he was formerly employed with PPG Industries for over 30 years. He was a member of New Covenant Faith B.C.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Priscilla Simon of Katy, Tx.; four children, Cindy Thomas of Missouri City, Tx., Kimberly Victorian of Lake Charles, La., Carl (Danielle) Simon of Katy, Tx. and Echaca (David) Roque of Houston, Tx.; three sisters, Maxie (Adam) Dugas of Iowa, La., Patsy Thomas of Baker, La. and Joyce Simon of Lake Charles, La.; 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
