he peacefully gained his wings on August 27,2023. Rylei was born and raised in Lake Charles Louisiana.

He is survived by his mother Marandal Semien, his father Ricky Irvine Jr. and his brother Mylez Semien all of lake Charles.And a host of uncles,aunties,and cousins.
