Shawnequa Eve Adams was born July 9, 1995 in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Shawnequa loved writing, art, cooking, and loved bright colors.

She departed this life on Tuesday, April 19, 2022.

She leaves to cherish her memories four children, Ricky Tezeno III, Ly'Rick Tezeno, Der'Rick Tezeno, and Ded'Rick Tezeno; her mother, DeSandra Adams; her father, Patrick King; sisters, Shondricia and Jamie Adams; brother, Desmond Adams all of Lake Charles, La. and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins, uncles, aunts and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Der'Ricka Tezeno; her step dad, Ricky Thomas and her grandmother, Myrtle Eve Adams.
